Buildings planned for the southern portion of the <br />campus will accommodate more of the capacity needs of the proposed campus and <br />therefore, be taller but will appear similar in height to the existing and proposed buildings <br />and ramps due to the lower grade elevation. <br /> <br />8. PERMITS AND APPROVALS REQUIRED <br /> <br />EAW: <br />LIST ALL KNOWN LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL PERMITS, APPROVALS AND <br />FUNDING REQUIRED. <br /> <br />AUAR: <br />A listing of major approvals likely to be required by the anticipated types of development <br />projects should be given. This list will help orient reviewers to the idea that the A UAR <br />process is only one piece of the regulatory framework that will protect environmental <br />resources.
