The 2005 Build condition includes the installation of a traffic signal at this <br />intersection. <br /> <br />Table 14 compares the 2005 No-Build and Build unsignalized intersection analysis. As <br />with the 2005 No-Build conditions, the unsignalized intersections of Lexington <br />Avenue/Guidant Drive South and lIamline Avenue/West Floral Drive will continue to <br />expcrience poor traffic operations in the 2005 Build conditions; however, volumes are not <br />high enough to warrant signalization. The unsignalized intersection of Hamline <br />A venue/CR F will continue to operate at a LOS F in the 2005 Build conditions as well as <br />thc 2005 No-Build conditions.
