Amendment to the Rice Creek North Regional Trail Master Plan <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />Ramsey County is requesting that the City evaluate a proposed park master plan amendment to <br />the Rice Creek North Regional Trail Master Plan. <br /> <br />Update <br /> <br />The relatively minor changes suggested at the January 21, 2003 Work Session have been <br />incorporated into the amendment. These changes include the following: <br /> <br />Number 3, Restoration and Development, second paragraph has changed from <br /> <br />The area of contamination (Parcel D) will be remediated by the u.s. Department of Army. <br />Ramsey County expects that the wildlife corridor will be cleaned up to a degree that allows <br />for public use before the land transfer is effectuated. <br /> <br />TO <br />
