<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />JANUARY 13, 2003 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member Rem <br />seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar as <br />amended and authorize execution of all necessary documents <br />contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski presented the Oath of Office to Brenda Holden. <br /> <br />Council Member Holden joined the rest of the Council at the Council Dais. <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC INQUIRIES/INFORMATIONAL <br /> <br />There was no one present for the public inquiries. <br /> <br />5. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />6. COMMUNITY SERVICES <br /> <br />A. BUILDING <br /> <br />1. City Hall HV AC <br />Mr. Parrish stated as a part of the ongoing operation of the City Hall facilities, it <br />was staffs perspective that an annual preventative maintenance program was <br />advisable. He noted it was anticipated these expenditures could be absorbed <br />within the City Hall Facility Operating Budget. <br /> <br />Mr. Scherbel summarized the need for an annual preventative maintenance <br />program and the costs associated with such a program. <br /> <br />Council Members Larson and Grant requested the $8,000 be reimbursed to the <br />City from the party or parties who were responsible for the HV AC system, after <br />the commissioning study was prepared. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Grant moved and Council Member Rem <br />seconded a motion to approve the HV AC Preventative <br />Maintenance Contract in the amount of$3,364 annually, and to <br />
