<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />JANUARY 13, 2003 <br /> <br />proceed with the commissioning of the HV AC system in an <br />amount not to exceed $8,000. <br /> <br />Council Member Larson proposed a friendly amendment to the second part of the <br />motion: The Council was approving the $8,000, with the expectation that the City <br />would be reimbursed from the funds being held back from the Contract. <br /> <br />Council Members Grant and Rem accepted the friendly amendment. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />B. FINANCE <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />C. TCAAP UPDATE <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish stated there would be a City Council/Development Team meeting this <br />Friday, January 17, 2003, to discuss current TCAAP issues from the Development <br />Team's perspective. He noted the regularly scheduled Development Team meeting <br />occurred on Tuesday, January 7, 2003. The next meeting was scheduled for <br />January 21,2003. He noted staff continued to work with the Ramsey County Parks <br />Department and the Development Team regarding the Wildlife Corridor issue. He <br />stated it appeared they were moving toward a mutually beneficial solution for all <br />parties. He indicated it was anticipated that DSU would convene the Advisory <br />Panel sometime near the end of January or early February. He stated Phase I, <br />background studies, research, analysis, and mapping were nearly completed. He <br />noted staff had received a call from an lrondaJe/Mounds View Youth Hockey <br />Board representative, who indicated they were interested in potentially pursuing a <br />collaboration with interested entities to construct a hockey arena on the TCAAP <br />property. <br /> <br />Council Member Grant requested staff discuss with the developer more thorough <br />meeting minutes in the future. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
