Another condition for approval should be that the applicant will repair Pine Tree <br />Drive to the City Engineer's approval if it should be cut into for any utility work. Silt <br />fencing shall be placed around the property during construction. <br /> <br />13. Aesthetics <br /> <br />A building elevation is included for your reference. The major changes proposed for the <br />exterior of the building are; the extension of the building to the south, and the more heavily <br />emphasized entryway on the south side of the building. The applicant is proposing brick, <br />cultured stone, glass, limestone panels, and metal panels as the primary building materials. <br /> <br />Deadline for Al!encv Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on December 9, <br />2002. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statue, the city must act on this request by February 7, 2003 <br />(60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day <br />review period. The city may with the petitioner's consent extend the review period beyond the . <br />120 days. <br /> <br />Oiltions <br /> <br />1. Recommend approval as submitted. <br />2. Recommend approval with conditions. <br />3. Recommend denial. If the City denies the petitioner's request, "... it must state in <br />writing the reasons for the denial at the time that it denies the request". <br />4. Table for additional information. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />In Planning Case #03-01, staff recommends that the application for a Site Plan Review for a <br />drive-in bank be approved subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All necessary building permits shall be filed with the City Building Official. <br />2. That the applicant file all necessary signage permits with the City Planner. <br />3. That the number of handicapped accessible parking spaces complies with the State <br />Building Code requirements. <br />4. That the revised Site Plan from case #03-01 be attached to the Special Use Permit <br />from case #02-29. <br /> <br />. <br />
