How willl\1ounds View Public Schools measure <br />effectiveness in pursuit of its mission and vision? <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The District Operational Plan describes the overallframeworkfor planning <br />in our school district and includes District-wide goals. However, the District <br />Operational Plan is not our only planning document. <br /> <br />In addition, each school annually prepares an Integrated School <br />Improvement and Innovation Plan (ISIIP). These plans illustrate how <br />schools are organizing their work to achieve our District's mission and <br />vision. They also illustrate how planningfor professional development and <br />technology is integrated with planningfor student achievement. Parents <br />share a decision-making role in the development process of these plans and <br />help establish a clear direction for their schools. <br /> <br />ISIIPs are published in the Annual Report and are available at each school. <br /> <br />At the District level, the schoolhouse model presents operational goals, <br />measures and strategies. Thefollowingpages demonstrate how each area of <br />the District's strategic planning efforts reflects a School Board policy.
