Parking ramps have been a continual point of contention with the residential neighbors to both the west and northwest. Guidant has made some compromises on lowering heights on perimeter ramps and increasing heights on interior ramps to reduce objections to sight, night lighting and potential noise. -+ This point (i.e. lowering) was mentioned on page 54 but is vague with respect to which ramps will be constructed below grade.
