Total estimated project budget-cost allocation (Attachment B) Backl!.round Staff met with Ramsey County representatives and received the following three pIeces of information. I . Preliminary Design Layout 2. Total Estimated Project Budget (Attachment A) 3. Total Estimated Project Budget-Cost Allocation (Attachment B) These have been included and enumerated as indicated for you review and information. Attachment A: The Total Estimated Project Budget page outlines all the cost projected by BWBR and M.A. Mortenson, the architect and contractor hired by Ramsey County. All items listed in number one relate to those portions of building, for those specific uses. Those items in numbers two (2) through seven (7) are costs for construction related to the building, i.e. furniture, fixtures and equipment, professional services, etc. The new total construction cost of$30,943,365 is at the bottom of the page in the right hand column. Attachment B: The Total Estimated Project Budget-Cost Allocation breaks down the individual cost for items numbered one (I) through seven (7) on Attachment A for each of the prospective partners. The City of Arden Hills design service cost, shown on number four (4) of Attachment B is $78,340.00. This is our share of Phase I services. The $6,970.00 for furniture, fixture and equipment would only be incurred if we were to go with Phase II services. As well, the costs outlined in numbers one (I), two (2), three (3) and five (5) through seven (7) would only be incurred if we proceeded into a partnership with Ramsey County in this building.
