Total estimated project budget-cost allocation (Attachment B) <br /> <br />Backl!.round <br />Staff met with Ramsey County representatives and received the following three pIeces of <br />information. <br /> <br />I . Preliminary Design Layout <br />2. Total Estimated Project Budget (Attachment A) <br />3. Total Estimated Project Budget-Cost Allocation (Attachment B) <br /> <br />These have been included and enumerated as indicated for you review and information. <br /> <br />Attachment A: The Total Estimated Project Budget page outlines all the cost projected by BWBR <br />and M.A. Mortenson, the architect and contractor hired by Ramsey County. All items listed in <br />number one relate to those portions of building, for those specific uses. Those items in numbers <br />two (2) through seven (7) are costs for construction related to the building, i.e. furniture, fixtures <br />and equipment, professional services, etc. The new total construction cost of$30,943,365 is at the <br />bottom of the page in the right hand column. <br /> <br />Attachment B: The Total Estimated Project Budget-Cost Allocation breaks down the individual <br />cost for items numbered one (I) through seven (7) on Attachment A for each of the prospective <br />partners. <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills design service cost, shown on number four (4) of Attachment B is <br />$78,340.00. This is our share of Phase I services. The $6,970.00 for furniture, fixture and <br />equipment would only be incurred if we were to go with Phase II services. As well, the costs <br />outlined in numbers one (I), two (2), three (3) and five (5) through seven (7) would only be <br />incurred if we proceeded into a partnership with Ramsey County in this building. <br />
