<br />Cost-Comparison
<br />Staff has taken a look at the Operations and Maintenance study completed by Toltz, King, Duvall,
<br />Anderson (TKDA) dated June 2002, and prepared a side by side comparison of the amount of
<br />space indicated and the cost outlined with that being proposed by BWBRIM.A. Mortenson. The
<br />space analyzed in the TKDA study had different descriptions and outlined space differently than
<br />the one by Ramsey County. Staff has done some combining to show comparison on the amount of
<br />space and indicated it is roughly equivalent to the space in the new study.
