<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />February 10,2003 <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski requested this Resolution be put on the next Council Meeting <br />agenda for consideration. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br />Mr. Lynch - None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant - stated he toured Camp Ripley last week with Mayor <br />Aplikowski. He indicated the tour was very interesting and he thanked the <br />personnel at Camp Ripley for the tour. He noted earlier this evening, they had a <br />presentation by Ramsey County regarding the maintenance facility. He stated he <br />wanted to see the proposed facility be reviewed by the task force that originally <br />had input in the facility. Mayor Aplikowski indicated she did not have any <br />problem with the task force reviewing the plan, as long as they knew it was only a <br />review and they understood they were not to redesign the facility. He requested <br />staff contact the Chairman of the Maintenance Facility Task Force in setting up <br />another meeting. e <br /> <br />MOTION: Council member Larson moved and Councilmember Rem <br />seconded a motion to reconvene the Maintenance Facility Task <br />Force to review the designs and cost estimates, then report back <br />to Council with comments. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski requested the Maintenance Facility Task Force report come <br />back to the Council by March 10,2003. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden - stated she attended the Newsletter Committee last <br />week and it should be mailed out within the next week. She also attended the <br />Park, Trails, and Recreation Committee and updated the Council on that meeting. <br />She asked how the TCAAP newsletter gets developed and what the Council want <br />in that newsletter. Mr. Lynch replied the newsletter was funded by the developer <br />and the Metropolitan Council Grant received. He noted staff reviewed and revised <br />the newsletter. He indicated the Council had discussed this at a prior City Council . <br />meeting, where the Council turned over the review of the newsletter to staff. <br />
