Mr. Parrish replied staff would, in <br />the future, present the TCAAP newsletter to the Council prior to distribution. <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski requested that in the future, the Advisory Committee <br />have the opportunity to have a discussion either before or after any presentation. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson - None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem - stated Northwest Youth and Family Services was having <br />their service team awards this Thursday, February 13,2003, at the John Rose Oval <br />at 5:30 p.m. She noted a meeting with Ramsey County on February 12,2003, at <br />6:30 p.m. to discuss Highway 96. She requested the previous City Task Force <br />plans be available for that discussion. She requested the City order her more City <br />Council business cards. She also requested the City Hall phone number be placed <br />on the cards. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski - indicated she would be at City Hall the first Wednesday of <br />each month from 4:00 p.m. ~ 7:00 p.m., if citizens wanted to meet with her. She <br />requested a future meeting regarding how to deal with requests, comments, and <br />suggestions made by citizens. She requested, in the future, files be maintained for <br />each task force formed. She indicated the Council still needed to complete Mr. <br />Lynch's evaluation.
