Resolution 03-25 Appointing an Interim Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />With the City Administrator position vacant, it is necessary to appoint a staff person to serve in <br />this capacity on an interim basis. This is accomplished with the attached resolution. While not <br />explicitly addressed on the Personnel Policy, it is fairly common practice to provide additional <br />compensation when additional duties are assumed. Based on a brief e-mail questionnaire sent to <br />City Human Resource Directors, a fairly typical approach is to provide a 15% in salary increase <br />over the term of the appointment. .
