<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-25 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AARON PARRISH AS <br />INTERIM ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council may appoint employees for the City as deemed necessary <br />for the proper management and operation of City affairs, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Aaron Parrish is currently employed by the City as Director of Community <br />Services. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: the City Council hereby appoints Aaron Parrish to <br />serve as the interim Administrator/Clerk, and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: the City Council approves the compensation for . <br />Aaron Parrish at a fifteen percent (15%) salary increase to the current step in the Pay Plan for <br />Director of Community Services, and a car allowance of two hundred ninety five dollars <br />($295.00) per month until such time that the Council appoints a permanent Administrator/Clerk. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS <br />24th day of February, 2003. <br /> <br />Beverly Aplikowski, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Cynthia L.
