<br />Monitors operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, rules, policies <br />and ordinances. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Evaluates potential projects, programs and services to determine feasibility and <br />community impact and makes recommendations to the Council. <br /> <br />Responds to concerns, issues, complaints and questions from employees and the public; <br />mediates disputes and resolves issues as appropriate, <br /> <br />Represents the City with other governmental agencies, officials and the school district. <br /> <br />Maintains all municipal records and documents as required by law. <br /> <br />Performs other duties as apparent or assigned. <br /> <br />SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the City. <br /> <br />Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the City's policies and <br />applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing; training employees; planning, . <br />assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining <br />employees; transferring employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and, <br />the ability to effectively recommend hiring, promotion, suspension, demotion, and <br />discharge of employees. <br /> <br />QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty <br />satisfactorily, The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, <br />and/or ability required. A.) in public administration, business, finance or related field; and a <br />minimum of three (3) years related experience and/or training, A Master's degree (M.
