While many of the day to day responsibilities are being handled by myself,
Finance and Human Resources Assistant Sandy Berres, and Utility Billing Clerk Sandy
Byl, there .is a need for consultation/assistance on investments, cash flow, and related
finance isslies.

Assuming that the Council would feel more comfortable deferring the hiring process for
this position until a new City Administrator is on board and comfortable, it is possible
that this position could be vacant for up to nine months (this assumes six months for the
City Administrator hiring process and three months for the City Accountant/Treasurer
hiring process).
