Design of all job analysis and candidate evaluation procedures <br /> <br />. Provision to the Council of valid information regarding the <br />knowledge, skills, and abilities of each applicant <br /> <br />. Assistance in response to interested parties such as staff, the media, <br />etc. <br /> <br />. Assistance in contract negotiations with chosen candidate <br /> <br />We see the City's responsibility as follows: <br /> <br />. Approval of all documents and procedures <br /> <br />. Decision making or, at a minimum, approval of decisions <br />regarding the status of any and all individual applicants <br /> <br />.
