Fees Our fee structure offers flexibility which has enabled us to accommodate each client's preferences. Our standard fee is based on one-third ofthe position's annual gross compensation. Or, some clients prefer a negotiated set project fee. Our fee will be $20,000 for the Arden Hills search, including our expenses. Sathe Executive Search accepts only retained assignments and we continue our efforts on each assignment until it is completed to the cl ient's satisfaction. Billing Cycle Our fee is submitted in three installments. Upon your authorization to proceed, we will submit the first invoice. A second invoice will follow mid-search, typically at 45 days, which reflects the work completed plus expenses incurred on your behalf. The third invoice will be issued when the search is concluded. Guarautee Our successful placement ratio is 95%, however, if the candidate you selected is not the right fit we will reopen the search for up to one year for no additional charge except expenses.
