The <br />City would like the consultant selected to evaluate the City's unique needs <br />based on its financial condition, its existing program, its organization and <br />other relevant factors to determine the appropriate areas of expertise and <br />skills required by the candidates. The City would also like the consultant to <br />evaluate the Mayor's and City Council's expectations for the position and <br />the hiring process.
