<br />. <br /> <br />After discussions with the Mayor, City Council and other appropriate personnel, if the City of Arden Hills <br />prefers, Stone Murphy will be happy to establish a flat fee rather than a variable fee based on a percentage of <br />compensation. At this time, it is not possible to know the parameters of the search, and therefore it is not <br />possible to establish a flat fee. <br /> <br />In addition to our professional fees, we are reimbursed for direct and indirect expenses related to the search. <br />Direct expenses include travel expenses for interviewing and related items incurred by a potential candidate or <br />consultant assigned to the project, advertising, long distance telephone costs, messengers and other <br />miscellaneous items. Expenses will be billed monthly. All travel expenses will be approved by the City of <br />Arden Hills prior to being incurred. <br /> <br />Our fee plus expenses will not exceed $32,000, unless the City of Arden Hills prefers a geographic scope of <br />search beyond the Twin Cities Metropolitan area.
