Here is a selected summary of our current and prior work in the last 3 years. , , '- Minneapolis, City of (2000 to present), In December, 2002 we advised the Mayor and Human Resources department on the hiring of its Director of Public Works. Provided expert evaluation of finalists, participated in interview panel, recommended finalists for personal interviews with Mayor R.T. Rybak. DRI Consulting has also provided assessment and development services for the City's new Executive Development Program (EDP), co-designed by DRI Consulting and City staff. The program identifies and trains current employees who will advance to become the next generation of executives for the City of Minneapolis. We have also provided advisory services for election judge training and for the inspections department. Personally, Dr. John Fennig is active in several capacities for the community of North Oaks - as a director/treasurer of the tennis program, as a neighborhood watch board member, and as a volunteer to the Community Policing effort. Previously he was an advisor to the Edina Health Advisory Board.
