Since that time there have been <br />significant changes to the design to require a new site plan review. While there have been many <br />changes to the site plan several site plan issues would remain the same. The site plan shows the <br />orientation of the building changing from the original relatively straight east-west location, to a <br /> <br />PC #03-06- CC Memo 031303 - Page 1 of 2 <br />
