Since that time there have been <br />significant changes to the design to require a new site plan review. While there have been many <br />changes to the site plan several site plan issues would remain the same. The site plan shows the <br />orientation of the building changing from the original relatively straight east-west location. to a <br />northwesterly arching design. The new design includes a 112,000 square foot facility versus the <br />original design for a 110,900 square foot building. The following Site Plan Review will <br />highlight several of the changes from the approved design of cases 02-05 and 02-25. The <br />Planning Commission Memorandum of Planning Case #02-25 from March 28, 2002 is attached <br />for your reference. <br /> <br />Site Plan Review <br /> <br />The following provides an evaluation of site plan and related requirements based on the attached <br />plan set: <br /> <br />1.
