The predonrinant building . materials listed in the Master Plllll PUD are brick masonry, glass, and accents of architectural metal panel. A colored building rendering is included for your review (A400). At this point, there are no defined design criteria in the Limited Industrial Zoning District. The elevations indicate the use of stucco, cast stone, architectural metal panel, and glass. These materials are relatively consistent with those shown in the approved Master Plan PUD. Staff Recommendation In Planning Case #03-06 staff recommends approval of the Site Plan Review for Building L with the following conditions: 1. The applicant shall obtain final plat approval prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit. 2. A final grading, drainage, and utility plan be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer. 3.
