The predonrinant building . <br />materials listed in the Master Plllll PUD are brick masonry, glass, and accents of architectural <br />metal panel. <br /> <br />A colored building rendering is included for your review (A400). At this point, there are no <br />defined design criteria in the Limited Industrial Zoning District. The elevations indicate the <br />use of stucco, cast stone, architectural metal panel, and glass. These materials are relatively <br />consistent with those shown in the approved Master Plan PUD. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />In Planning Case #03-06 staff recommends approval of the Site Plan Review for Building L with <br />the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall obtain final plat approval prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit. <br /> <br />2. A final grading, drainage, and utility plan be submitted to and approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />3.
