City Council Meeting Minute excerpt <br /> <br />Request <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting approval of the Planned Unit Development Permit and the <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Baekl!round <br /> <br />The City Council at their December 16, 2002 meeting approved Planning Case #02-32 subject to <br />certain conditions of approval.
