<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~HlLLS <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM S.A <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 03-32 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING <br />PERSONNEL DECISIONS INTERNATIONAL (pm) AS THE <br />EXECUTIVE SEARCH FlRM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the position of City Administrator/Clerk is currently vacant and the <br />City Council directed staff to prepare requests for proposals for search firms to assist the <br />City Council in its hiring process of a City Administrator/Clerk. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the proposals as submitted <br />by ten (10) responding executive search firms. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Arden Hills, that the City shall enter into an agreement with Personnel Decisions <br />International (pDI) to assist in the hiring process of a City Administrator/Clerk. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 31 " day of March, 2003. <br /> <br />Beverly Aplikowski, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Cynthia Young, DEPUTY CLERK <br />
