<br />Memorandum <br />March 31 2003 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Modifications were made to 24 of the properties on the assessment role and the proposed <br />assessments for Femwood Court were removed as that street was eliminated from the project <br />improvements. The modifications were generally minor in nature although two properties had <br />significant increases to their front footage calculation after our review (1226 Ingerson Road and <br />1325 Tiller Lane). It should also be noted that the Little Brothers property assessment rate is <br />$102.00 since they are anon taxpaying property.
