<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />MARCH 31, 2003 <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Grant <br />seconded a motion to approve $4,330 for Johnson Controls to <br />re-check the deficiencies noted in the original commissioning <br />report dated February 4, 2003. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />B. PLANNING <br /> <br />1. Planning Case 03-05: Guidant Master Plan PUD Amendment <br /> <br />Mr. Hellegers stated the applicant was requesting approval of an amendment to <br />the previously approved Master Plan Planned Unit Development. He noted the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of the Master Plan PUD <br />Amendment with the condition that the applicant shall continue to abide by the <br />conditions of approval as stated in the approved Master Plan PUD. <br /> <br />Judd Brasch, RSP Architects, explained the request Guidant was asking for at <br />tonight's meeting. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden <br />seconded a motion to approve Planning Case #03-05: Guidant <br />Corporation, 4100 North Hamline Avenue, Master Plan PUD <br />Amendment with the condition as noted by the Planning <br />Commission. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />2. Planning Case No. 03-06: Guidant Site Plan Review, Building L <br /> <br />Mr. HeIlegers explained the applicant was requesting approval of a Site Plan <br />Review for Building "L". He stated the Planning Commission recommended <br />approval of the Site Plan Review with five conditions as noted in staffs report. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Grant <br />seconded a motion to approve Planning Case No. 03-06: <br />Guidant Corporation, 4100 North Hamline Avenue, Site Plan <br />Review Building "L" with the conditions as noted in staffs <br />March 13, 2003 report. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br />
