<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />MARCH 31, 2003 <br /> <br />17 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish noted this was something the City had an option to do with respect to <br />road funding improvements. He recommended the Council adopt this Resolution. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Rem <br />seconded a motion to adopt Resolution No. 03-44: A <br />Resolution Supporting Legislation to Provide Improved <br />Funding Options for City Street Improvements. The motion <br />carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden stated she had requested staff research a noise <br />Ordinance for the City. She asked if the City had addressed the oil drop off site at <br />the Ramsey County Public Works Facility. <br /> <br />. Mr. Parrish replied they would ask the Planning Commission to look into the <br />waste dump concern. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson stated the Planning Commission would be meeting on <br />April 3,2003. He summarized what the Planning Commission agenda was for that <br />evemng. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem requested TCAAP reimbursable expenses be noted on the <br />accounts payable page of that agenda item in the future. She stated the Newsletter <br />Committee would meet on Wednesday, April 2, 2003. She indicated TCAAP <br />RAB and League of Women Voters would be present at the Town Hall meeting. <br />She requested a further discussion of Northwest Youth and Family Services <br />funding in the near future. She noted there were brochures available at City Hall <br />and on the City website for tree orders from Friends of the Park, orders due on <br />April 14,2003. She indicated she would be attending the Shoreview, Arden Hills, <br />Vadnais Heights, and North Oaks Business Council meeting at City Hall next <br />Monday at noon. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant stated the PTRC met on March 25, 2003 and discussed <br />the proposed Highway 96 underpass. He stated while they did not approve the <br />underpass, the Council needed to provide some kind of non-at-grade north/south <br />
