The <br />center of said circle is the point of intersection of the East line of the West 1266.91 feet <br />of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 21, Township 30, Range 23, with a line parallel <br />with and 26.30 feet southerly of the south line of said South 30 acres of the Northwest <br />Quarter, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Tract B: <br /> <br />That part of the West 1300 feet of the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 30, <br />Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota which lies within the circumference of a circle <br />having a radius of 62 feet. The center of said circle is the point of intersection of the East <br />line of the West 1266.91 feet of said Southwest Quarter of said Section 21, Township 30, <br />Range 23, with a line parallel with and 26.30 feet southerly of the south line of the South <br />30 acres of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />1.
