<br />the forgoing described Tract A and Tract B, together with the right of <br />ingress and egress for pedestrians and motor vehicles to and from Tract C <br />from and to that certain publicly opened and traveled street and right-of- <br />way known as Round Lake Court, including those portions of said Round <br />Lake Court formerly known as Butchers Street and formerly known as 14th <br />Street Northeast (the "Easement"). <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2.
