the forgoing described Tract A and Tract B, together with the right of ingress and egress for pedestrians and motor vehicles to and from Tract C from and to that certain publicly opened and traveled street and right-of- way known as Round Lake Court, including those portions of said Round Lake Court formerly known as Butchers Street and formerly known as 14th Street Northeast (the "Easement"). . 2.
