Lots. Lots 1,2, and 3 all exceed code requirements in terms oflot width, depth, and area. <br /> <br />2. Minimum Lot Area. The Zoning Ordinance in Section V, F, 2, states that the minimum <br />lot area for lots in the 1-1 Limited Industrial Zoning District shall be at least 30,000 <br />square feet. All of the lots on the Preliminary Plat are significantly larger than the <br />required 30,000 square feet. The numbers shown below were taken from the preliminary <br />plat and include some property that is not counted in the total size of the campus because <br />the property was lost to easements or dedications. <br /> <br />Lots Required Lot Area Provided Lot Area <br />Lot I 30,000 square feet 307,286 square feet <br />Lot 2 30,000 square feet 2,182,554 sauare feet <br />Lot 3 30,000 square feet 1,558,494 square feet <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Minimum Lot Depth.
