Resolution No. 02-58: Approving the 2002 Technology Master Plan <br /> <br />MOTION: Council Member Larson moved and Council Member Grant <br />seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar and <br />authorize execution of all necessary documents contained <br />therein. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />4. PU)JLIC INOtrrRlES/INFORMATlONAL <br /> <br />Mayor Probst invited any public comments that were not on the agenda. <br /> <br />Pat Krenn, 1230 Wvncrest Court, stated after the City stopped pumping Karth <br />Lake, Ms. Jacobsen's basement had dried up. He stated his yard had also dried up <br />and Karth Lake was going down at the present time. <br /> <br />5. PtJBLICIlEAlUNGS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />6. COMMUNITY SERVICES <br /> <br />A. Planning Case No. 02-25: Guidant Preliminary Plat and PUD <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish explained Guidant was requesting approval of two items: A <br />Preliminary Plat and a Planned Unit Development Master Plan. He stated the <br />Planning Commission recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat with <br />conditions as noted in the staffs November 6, 2002 report. <br /> <br />Dave Reimer, Guidant Corporation, summarized the neighborhood work group <br />process. <br /> <br />Judd Brasch, RSP, reviewed the PUD site plan, building heights and site density, <br />light pollution from the parking ramps, traffic levels on Guidant Drive North, . <br />residents' access to Cummings Park, Guidant Campus Aesthetics and the proposed <br />schedule. <br />
