The building's location <br />along Highway 96, a major artery through the Coul1ly's northern suburbs, is essemial to <br />providillg timely road cOllstruclioll and maimenance services year-round throughout lhe <br />County. <br /> <br />The Project Design Team <br />This major Ilew facility for Ramsey County will be designed and built by a professional <br />team headed by Mortenson Construction \vith BWBR Architects as ArchitecI of Record. <br />The team was competilively selected and has to-dale prepared the Building Program. <br />Master Site Plan, and Schematic Design for the Coumy'sfacllity. Coul!ty alld City <br />representatives have met imellsively over the past 3 lIlomhs with the Project Desigll Team <br />to formalize the building program and guide the design of the expansive, single-level <br />structure. <br />
