Portions of the <br />upper exterior elevations are illustrated with pre-jinished ribbed metal panel. This <br />material is proposed on portions of all buildings. The composition of the building's <br />image is greatly enhanced with consistent use of this material throughout the project <br />over brick or precast panels and serves well as a material to transition above the <br />building roof line to screen mechanical units (see roof plan) without visual <br />interruption. The material's ribbedface will also offer a unique texture of shade and <br />shadow to aid in reducing the scale of the project.
