<br />. <br /> <br />4.1 Contractor's vehicles shall be marked with the name of the Contractor. <br /> <br />4.2 The Contractor shall maintain all trucks and equipment in good working <br />condition. The Contractor's trucks shall be clean and aesthetically <br />pleasing, <br /> <br />5. Contractor's Operation <br /> <br />5.1 The Contractor shall establish and maintain an office with continuous <br />supervision for accepting complaints and customer calls, The office shall <br />be in service during the hours of 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. or until all <br />routes are completed on all days of collection as specified in this <br />Agreement. Address and telephone number of such office and any changes <br />there in shall be given to the City in writing. The address ofthis office as <br />for the execution of the contract is 875 North Prior Avenue, St. Paul, MN, <br />55104 <br /> <br />5.2 Complaints on service will be taken and collected by E-Z Recycling, Inc, <br />The City will notifY the Contractor of any complaints it receives. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />5.3 Whenever the City or a resident notifies the Contractor oflocations, <br />which have not received, scheduled service, the Contractor is required to <br />service such locations by 3:00 p.m. the day following the missed service. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Payment <br /> <br />6.1 The City will compensate the Contractor for the collection of recyclable <br />materials from residential units as described in Sections 2 and 3, During <br />this contract, the City will pay the Contractor $2.05 per household. <br />Household counts to be determined each year on January 1st <br /> <br />6,2 The Contractor will submit monthly statements for services rendered as <br />set forth in Section 7. The City shall make monthly payments within <br />twenty (20) days upon receipt of the statement. <br /> <br />7. FiliuS! of Reports <br /> <br />7.1 The Contractor shall submit an accurate monthly summary of the quantity <br />and kinds of all recyclable materials collected. <br /> <br />. <br />
