<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />APRIL 28, 2003 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />bound by Highway 96, Hamline Avenue, Snelling Avenue and 1-694. In addition, <br />the Benton Way/Harriet Lane/Pine Tree Drive Neighborhoods would also be seal <br />coated. The estimated construction cost for the project was approximately <br />$50,000. The project would be funded by the City, and residents would not be <br />assessed. He indicated informational letters were being sent to the property <br />owners on the affected streets. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Rem <br />seconded a motion to adopt Resolution No. 03-39: Authorizing <br />the advertisement for construction bids for the 2003 <br />Sealcoating Project. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />8. ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />A. Resolution No. 03-30: Adoptinl! the Data Practices Policv <br /> <br />Ms. Young stated the Council had previously reviewed and amended the Arden . <br />Hills Data Practices Procedure and recommended the Council approve Resolution <br />03-30, adopting the Arden Hills Data Practices Procedure. <br /> <br />Mr. Filla stated the Minnesota Data Practices Act required cities to have a policy <br />regarding various types of data retained by cities and, that cities were required to <br />review on an annual basis. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Rem moved and Councilmember Holden <br />seconded a motion to adopt Resolution No. 03-30: Adopting <br />the Data Practices Policy. The motion carried unanimously (5- <br />0). <br /> <br />B. Resolution No. 03-38: Adoptinl! Vision and Core Values <br /> <br />Ms. Young stated staff recommended the Council approve Resolution No. 03-38, <br />adopting the Arden Hills Vision and Core Values, as follows: <br /> <br />VISION <br />A strong community that values our unique environment, our fiscal soundness, . <br />and our tradition as a desirable City in which <br />to live, work and play. <br />
