As Council will <br />recall, the Council provided staff direction to negotiate a no cost easement with the Association, <br />In response, the Association Taskforce has indicated that they would expect compensation. <br />Staff s perspective is outlined in the attached letter. <br /> <br />ODtions <br /> <br />1. Acquire the easement based on the Association Taskforce's tenus of$4125, <br />2.
