This proposal contemplates reutilizing the existing 1,200 <br />seat sanctuary as a youth auditorium. Development would be scheduled over 2 stage and would <br />include development of the new sanctuary in the beginning in 2004 and the development of the <br />retreat center in the second stage, beginning in 2012. <br /> <br />A concept plan review allows an applicant to solicit non.binding comments from the Planning <br />Commission and City Council prior to a full submission of materials. If the applicant wishes to <br />proceed with the project it would be necessary to obtain Master and Final PUD approvals.
