Inc. <br />AprilS, 2003 <br /> <br />. 5.0 Future Conditions and Traffic Operations Analysis <br /> <br />Background traffic volumes were developed for the weekday PM peak period and for the time <br />periods above by adjusting the background traffic volumes up by 2% per year to develop year <br />after opening no-build traffie volumes (Year 2(05). Foreeast volumes including site traffic was <br />developed by distributing the site traffic to the roadway system based on the directional <br />distribution and adding the site volumes to the background traffic. The forecast volumes are <br />included in the appendix in Table A-I. <br /> <br />The analysis takes into account the proposed Highway 96 roadway geometrics, and the proposed <br />site plan.
