Weekdav PM Peak Hour - The proposed expansion has little or no impact on the typical PM peak weekday traffic volumes and corresponding traffic operations, No additional improvements or other mitigation is required. . Soecial Events - At special events where parking is near capacity, the north church entrance at Highway 96 and the south approach of the North SnellinglHighway 96 intersection will experience long delays without traffic control personnel present. It is estimated that it will take about an hour to clear the parking lot. If traffic control personnel are present, the intersections would operate. as if they were signalized. Delays for the Church entrance would decrease significantly, and the parking lot could be cleared in approximately one half hour. . Sundav Service - Sunday traffic conditions were not analyzed. However, the amount of traffic and the background traffic volumes are very similar to a Special Event. For near capacity crowds, it may take 45 to 60 minutes to clear the parking lot without traffic control personnel present. Services should be spaeed to avoid overlapping traffic flows, at least 45 minutes apart. . 13 of 16
