Resolution No. 03-48: Establishinl!: an Arden Hills Assessment <br />Policy Task Force <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish noted the Council had indicated they were interested in creating an <br />Assessment Task Force and staff had prepared this Resolution for their approval. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Larson <br />seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 03-48: <br />Establishing an Arden Hills Policy Assessment Task Force. <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant - Stated the longer the City waits to hire an <br />environmental attorney for TCAAP issues, the longer they would march down the <br />path and wished they would have hired an environmental attorney sooner. He <br />asked for an update on the landscaping around City Hall. <br /> <br />Mr. Moore updated the Council on the landscaping plans. <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish noted they were having a mediation session on June 17,2003 at City <br />Hall to review the contract with the contractor and architects. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem ~ Requested staff list when the Development Team was <br />meeting on the calendar that is included in their packets. She inquired about the <br />City retaining an environmental attorney for the TCAAP issues. <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish replied staff was working on that issue. <br />
