Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Arden Hills <br />and the Josephine Hills Association <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />Consistent with previous Council direction, attaehed is a Memorandum of Understanding <br />between the City of Arden Hills and the Josephine Hills Association. This document articulates <br />the parties' mutual understanding of the projeet and provides the framework for eonveyance of a <br />permanent drainage and utility easement at the completion of the project. Staff, the City <br />Engineer, and City Attorney have reviewed and are comfortable with the document as proposed. <br />Once approved by the City Council, the project and Memorandum of Understanding needs to be <br />approved by the Association. <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />1. Authorize execution of the Memorandum of Understanding with the condition that all <br />temporary and permanent easement forms be approved by and/or prepared by the City <br />Attorney. <br />
