A profile change of the road is required for drainage improvements and associated <br />grade and geometry changes at the Ingerson Road intersection. Drainage <br />improvements for Ingerson Road include a storm sewer pipe running beneath <br />Ingerson Court. The grade, drainage and geometry changes can only be accomplished <br />by the reconstruction Ingerson Court. <br /> <br />. Reconstruction fits within the "Neighborhood Approach" reconstruction policy. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />URS has experience working with the low bidder, Arnt Construction Company, Inc. The <br />Engineer is confident that Arnt Construction Company, Inc. is capable of successfully <br />completing the work included with this project. <br /> <br />The City Engineer, therefore, recommends the award of the 2003 Pavement Management <br />Program to Arnt Construction Company, Inc_ for the total amount of $1,903,536.10.
