ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES MAY 27,2003 3 . Elise Marie Nelson summarized her project for achieving the Girl Scout Gold Award. MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Larson seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 03-44: Honoring Girl Scout Elise Marie Nelson. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). B. Resolution No. 03-45: Honoring Girl Scout Lindsy E. Pomeroy MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Larson seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 03-45: Honoring Girl Scout Lindsy E. Resolution No. 03-47: Acknowledging Employees Fred Reed, Sandra Berres, and Dave Winkel Mayor Aplikowski acknowledged employees Fred Reed for 25 years of service with the City of Arden Hills; Dave Winkel for 25 years of service with the City of Arden Hills; and Sandra Berres for 5 years of service with the City of Arden Hills. MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 03-47: Acknowledging employees Fred Reed, Sandra Berres, and Dave Winkel for their years of service with the City of Arden Hills. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). . Dr. Krivit stated he had Kurt Leuthold, P.E. from Barr Engineering Company review the project he had talked about at a previous meeting. He stated he had sent the Councilmembers each a copy of the letter he received from the Mr. Leuthold. He noted this letter was supported by himself and his neighbors. He stated this review by Mr. Leuthold was done in order to look at Ingerson Court and not Ingerson Road. He indicated the engineer believed a mill and overlay was sufficient for Ingerson Court. He presented five photograhs of the road condition of Ingerson Court.
