<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />MAY 27,2003 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Elise Marie Nelson summarized her project for achieving the Girl Scout Gold <br />Award. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Larson <br />seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 03-44: Honoring <br />Girl Scout Elise Marie Nelson. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />B. Resolution No. 03-45: Honoring Girl Scout Lindsy E. Pomeroy <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Larson <br />seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 03-45: Honoring <br />Girl Scout Lindsy E. Pomeroy. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />. C. Resolution No. 03-47: Acknowledging Employees Fred Reed, Sandra <br />Berres, and Dave Winkel <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski acknowledged employees Fred Reed for 25 years of service <br />with the City of Arden Hills; Dave Winkel for 25 years of service with the City of <br />Arden Hills; and Sandra Berres for 5 years of service with the City of Arden Hills. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Holden <br />seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 03-47: <br />Acknowledging employees Fred Reed, Sandra Berres, and <br />Dave Winkel for their years of service with the City of Arden <br />Hills. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Dr. Krivit stated he had Kurt Leuthold, P.E. from Barr Engineering Company <br />review the project he had talked about at a previous meeting. He stated he had <br />sent the Councilmembers each a copy of the letter he received from the Mr. <br />Leuthold. He noted this letter was supported by himself and his neighbors. He <br />stated this review by Mr. Leuthold was done in order to look at Ingerson Court <br />and not Ingerson Road. He indicated the engineer believed a mill and overlay was <br />sufficient for Ingerson Court. He presented five photograhs of the road condition <br />of Ingerson Court. <br />
