ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
MAY 27,2003

4

.

Mr. Brown stated he still supported a reconstruction of Ingerson Court for a
number of reasons.

Dr. Krivit requested that Ingerson Court be pulled off the reconstruction list for
this year.

Bob Woodburn, fonner Mayor of Arden Hills, stated a mill and overlay would
not be inappropriate for Ingerson Court, but also doing nothing with the road
would be inappropriate. He believed a mill and overlay was feasible for this road.

Mayor Aplikowski asked if Mr. Krivit and Mr. Woodburn could accept the fact
that the policy had changed regarding when roads would be reconstructed. She
asked Mr. Woodburn if he could accept the neighborhood concept, instead of a
worst-first policy.

Mr. Woodburn stated he could accept it, but believed it was not appropriate.

.

CounciImember Larson stated he did not see any point in debating any further
and suggested it be discussed at the next Work Session. At that time, ifthere was
a consensus and if it was appropriate, it would be brought back to a Council
meeting.

The Council decided to place this on the June 9, 2003 Council meeting agenda.

5.
