<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />MAY 27,2003 <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Brown stated he still supported a reconstruction of Ingerson Court for a <br />number of reasons. <br /> <br />Dr. Krivit requested that Ingerson Court be pulled off the reconstruction list for <br />this year. <br /> <br />Bob Woodburn, fonner Mayor of Arden Hills, stated a mill and overlay would <br />not be inappropriate for Ingerson Court, but also doing nothing with the road <br />would be inappropriate. He believed a mill and overlay was feasible for this road. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski asked if Mr. Krivit and Mr. Woodburn could accept the fact <br />that the policy had changed regarding when roads would be reconstructed. She <br />asked Mr. Woodburn if he could accept the neighborhood concept, instead of a <br />worst-first policy. <br /> <br />Mr. Woodburn stated he could accept it, but believed it was not appropriate. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CounciImember Larson stated he did not see any point in debating any further <br />and suggested it be discussed at the next Work Session. At that time, ifthere was <br />a consensus and if it was appropriate, it would be brought back to a Council <br />meeting. <br /> <br />The Council decided to place this on the June 9, 2003 Council meeting agenda. <br /> <br />5. He noted the proposed PUD would involve the addition of a <br />4,000 seat sanctuary, administration offices, youth activities room, a chapel, and a <br /> <br />. <br />
