Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />In Planning Case #03-14 the Planning Commission is recommending approval of the PUD <br />Amendment with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />All necessary applications for building permits shall be filed with the City Building <br />Official for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />Detailed final grading, utility, drainage, and erosion control plans shall be submitted to <br />the City Engineer for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />Any loading areas for the proposed retail addition shall be shown on the final site plan <br />and shall be filed with the City Planner for approval prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />PC #03-14- CC Memo 06/3012003 - Page 1 of2 <br />
