<br />4. <br /> <br />A detailed planting schedule shall be filed with the City Planner for approval prior to the <br />issuance of a certificate of occupancy. <br />All necessary applications for signage permits shall be filed with the City Planner. <br />Any applicable permits shall be filed with Ramsey County, the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District, the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and other regulatory agencies. <br />The number of handicapped accessible parking spaces shall comply with the State <br />Building Code requirements. <br />Compliance with the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />5. <br />6. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />Options <br /> <br />1.
