The proposal calls for a 3,600 square foot addition to be contained within the <br />area currently occupied by the gas/convenience station and canopy area. The proposed addition <br />would also include the addition of 20 parking spaces adjacent to the building and along the <br />walkway on the north side of the building. As part of the proposal the applicant will add some <br />new landscape islands within the new parking area and also will upgrade the existing <br />landscaping along the walkway areas.
