<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORKSESSION <br />JUNE 23, 2003 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />Building Department was extremely busy; and, the 2004 budget process was in <br />progress. <br /> <br />Ms. Young reported that she had met with School District #623 and Ramsey <br />County Election Officials regarding the City's involvement in the November 4, <br />2003 School District election.
